In no event shall phae’s total cumulative liability exceed the greater of:
(a) The amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
(b) $100.
15. Dispute Resolution & Venue
Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact phae to attempt informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If binding arbitration is required under applicable law, it shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
phae may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
17. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and phae.
